Looks great, especially with a wood entertainment stand. Easy enough to put on.but I won't be taking it off any time soon. I didn't like the red/green stripe down the middle at first, but it grew on me. I do think it'd look better with a black colored X-Box, but the white on wood color scheme doesn't bother me a bit.
Husband loved this faceplate. It is good quality and visually appealing. What more can you say.
When I got the XBOX Elite the first thing I did was to the black faceplate off and replaced it with this faceplate. I wanted a new faceplate so that my white XBOX 350 would better blend in aesthetically with the rest of my sound system. Not only did it do the trick.but the silver (gray) look of this faceplate is so nice that I now have it on my new black XBOX elite. They just got the color right. It looks rich and it looks like it belongs with the rest of your entertainment center.
A Faceplate is a faceplate as far as function.And. That is pretty much all this plate has going for it.The "Carbon Fiber" look is more like a skewed checker designed that doesn't look anything like the real deal, as though they didn't even try.With quality like this, it is no surprise you don't find first party faceplates anymore.Is always a letdown when big corporations take a good idea, and kill it.
This is a must have for any Halo fan. Great for showing off your passion for the game. Easy to put on, take your time when doing so, that way you don't break the old face plate when taking it off.
